A summer camp in Mallorca full of nautical activities for children

Viu la Mar is a summer camp in Mallorca designed for children aged 5 to 14. A safe environment in the Bay of Alcudia where children learn through play, build teamwork, and discover the sea with respect for nature. The ideal choice if you’re looking for fun and educational activities for children in Mallorca .

Dates and times: from June 22 to September 9, 2026 , Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 .

ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN IN MALLORCA THAT CONNECT WITH THE SEA

Each week the groups rotate through different activities led by qualified and experienced instructors, adapted to the age and level of each participant.

LIGHT SAILING AND CATAMARAN

They learn to sail in boats such as Optimist, Raquero, RS and Hobie Cat 15 and 16. The combination of basic theory with direct practice allows them to gain confidence on the water from day one.

PADDLE AND PADDLE XXL

They work on their balance and coordination while having fun as a group on our boards. This activity is a classic at the sailing school.

KAYAKING IN ALCUDIA BAY

The groups travel along the coast in single or triple kayaks, exploring the environment from an active and fun perspective.

SNORKEL IN MALLORCA FOR CHILDREN - TREASURE HUNT

One of the most anticipated activities for the students: equipped with goggles and snorkel, they dive into shallow waters to find hidden clues that will lead them to discover an underwater treasure.

WATER AND BEACH GAMES

We propose cooperative and creative activities on the sand and in the sea, with the aim of reinforcing values such as collaboration, empathy and respect for the environment. Activities included: dinghy sailing, catamaran, paddle, XXL paddle, snorkeling, kayaking, water games.

PSYCHOMOTOR GAMES

We will play in a fun way on the water developing the psychomotricity of young people, as well as the values of respect and teamwork

Wir haben Kayaks ausgeliehen und damit die wunderschöne Küste auf eigene Faust erkundet – ein echtes Highlight des Urlaubs. Die Ausrüstung war top in Schuss, und alles lief unkompliziert. El instructor le ha ayudado en el principio hasta que aprendió la posición y después ya se fue por la playa. Fue muy divertido. No veo la hora de hacer la ruta de Kayak con ellos. Son todos muy simpáticos y la chica que está en la caja te da todas las explicaciones de todas las opciones que tienen.

We are located at Paseo Marítimo nº 1, in the heart of the Port of Alcudia (07400). A protected natural enclave that allows activities to be carried out with complete safety.

Frequently asked questions about the summer campus

What age groups can participate in the camp?

The program is designed for boys and girls aged 5 to 14, divided into groups according to age and level.

Do you have to know how to swim to participate?

It is not essential. All activities are supervised and life jackets are used.

Can I book just one week?

Yes. You can book from a single week up to the entire summer. The more weeks you book, the bigger the discount.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We offer alternative land-based activities. These activities are always tailored to ensure safety and enjoyment.

What does the price include?

It includes all activities, the use of nautical equipment, qualified instructors, insurance and access to the private beach.

What should the student bring?

All you need to bring is comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, water, and a great desire to have fun.
